餅乾派皮做法(三種)

| 【簡易餅乾派皮】 材料: 1+1/2 杯 全麥餅乾(壓碎) Crushed graham crackers 6 大匙(TABLE SPOON)純瑪淋margarine或奶油butter(微波或用小火融化) 做法: 將上述兩項混合之後. 鋪在派盤上即可(亦可用375度F.烤10分鐘.放涼.再倒入派料) PS.1 最好用玻璃製或鋁箔製器皿.避免在派盤上直接切割時將派盤刮傷
奶油 100g (秤好份量後.室溫軟化) STEPS: 將麵團覆於模型上做底.超出模子的部分可捏成花樣或者切除
【Cookie Pie Crust】 Ingredients: Combine flour, sugar, peel, and salt in bowl. Cut in butter. Stir in egg yolk and vanilla and mix until blended. Press evenly into pie pan.
